TUD Group offers Bucharest 1st District City Hall consultancy and evaluation services for the first project of modernization of 901 elevators in thermally insulated apartment buildings with the purpose of maximizing the energetic efficiency. There have been identified 883 stairwells from apartment buildings where there can be implemented modernization solutions, these stairwells being part of an ample program of thermally rehabilitation implemented by Bucharest 1st District City Hall. As a benefit of implementing the modernization solutions eligible in accordance with Law 321/2017 the primary energy consumption is estimated to decrease by 40%.

TUD Group punctually contributed with: stocktaking the elevators parc, establishing the morenization solutions as well as estimating the cost for primary energy consumption before and after the modernization process, and the economical analysis afferent to implementing the solutions proposed.
For the Bucharest 1st District City Hall, the total value of investment is estimated at 107,8 million lei, from which 17 million lei represent the total sum destined for works of construction and assemblage.
