EPC (Energy Performance Contracting) consists in offering services of increasing energy performance in public and private buildings with a guaranteed result, by implementing several measures that will be financed from future targeted savings.

The contracting energy performance facilitators (EPC) offer know-how and the necessary expertize for sustaining the building manager in successfully implementing an EPC project.
