STANDARD EPC

FROM 0-1 YEAR:

  • Design & Construction

FROM 1-11 YEARS:

  • Contracted payments: Beneficiary and designer / constructor (as ESCO)
  • The beneficiary pays a contracted installment (determined by the guaranteed performance savings)
  • Maintenance and monitoring are the responsibility of ESCO for the entire contractual period
  • ESCO guarantees that the annual savings will be reached for the entire contract period. ESCO will bear the negative savings between the guaranteed savings and the actual accomplished savings

PERSONALIZED EPC

FROM 0-1 YEAR:

  • Design & Construction

FROM 1-11 YEARS:

  • Primary contracting parties: Beneficiary and Municipality (as ESCO)
  • Second contracting parties: Municipality and designer / constructor
  • The beneficiary pays an energy efficiency tax of 20% for investments of over 10 years, without correlating with the energy performance
  • Maintenance will be the responsibility of the designer / constructor for a period of 3-5 years, being subsequently undertaken by the beneficiary

EPC Facilitators:

The contracting energy performance facilitators (EPC) offer know-how and the necessary expertize for sustaining the building manager in successfully implementing an EPC project.

The EPC facilitator takes action as a mediator between the client and the ESCO representative in order to build a sustainable relationship and to create trust between the future contractual partners.
