TUD Group participated as official partner at the 2018 edition of Forumului Național al Asociației Administratorilor Publici din România/National Forum of Association of Public Administratorsin Romania, which took place between 2 and 4 November at Predeal, Romania.
TUD invited the members at the event to enroll in a challenge, that of participating in an innovative experiment for the public administration in Romania. TUD asked the members to recommend youngsters willing to develop a career in the public sector to join programs of paid internship and professional development at TUD Group, with the promise of the youngsters returning after the traineeship at the public administration which recommended them and integrating them in the local administration team on a defined period of time. The final goal of this TUD initiative is to bring a raised professionalization among the workers, crucial for reaching performance in the local public administration field.

With this initiative we aim to contribute to shaping an ethics and professional code for youngsters due to work in the field of public administration in Romania.”, stated Mihai Tudorancea, Managing Director TUD Group.
The 2018 edition of the National Forum of Association of Public Administrators in Romania reunited over 70 public administration representativesof the principal municipalities and counties in Romaniaand equally benefited by the presence of the International City/Country Management Asociation (ICMA) members. ICMA presented study cases with relevant examples of good practices which European municipalities use for maximum efficiency and which can be implemented with success in the Romanian local administration public sector as well.
TUD Group supports the Association of Public Administrators in Romania since 2011, when it was founded.
